01 Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Client", or "Institution") and Swisstrade Analysis ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Swisstrade Analysis trading platform, including any media form, channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Platform").
BY ACCESSING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE PLATFORM AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
02 Eligibility
Institutional Access
The Platform is primarily intended for institutional clients, hedge funds, family offices, and professional proprietary trading firms. Entities must provide valid LEI (Legal Entity Identifier) and undergo rigorous KYC/AML verification procedures prior to deployment.
Professional Traders
Individual users must qualify as "Professional Clients" or "Eligible Counterparties" under relevant financial regulations (e.g., MiFID II, SEC accreditation standards). Retail participation is strictly prohibited on the standard Swisstrade Analysis instance.
03 Risk Disclosure
Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you.
- You could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.
- You must be aware of all the risks associated with foreign exchange trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
- Past performance of any trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results.
05 Platform Availability & Security
Uptime Guarantee
While we strive for 99.99% uptime during active market hours, Swisstrade Analysis does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues, server outages, or execution delays.
Data Security
We employ military-grade encryption for all data transmissions. However, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, terminal access credentials, and hardware security modules (HSMs).
